Requests submitted in 06/2016 were counted each time the status was set to Unfilled. Some requests may be marked Unfilled more than once and some may be Filled after once or more being marked Unfilled. During automatic processing of incoming requests the CLS system may record several Unfilled reasons while searching libraries for an item to fill the request.
