Requests submitted in 02/2005 were counted each time the status was set to Unfilled. Some requests may be marked Unfilled more than once and some may be Filled after once or more being marked Unfilled. During automatic processing of incoming requests the CLS system may record several Unfilled reasons while searching libraries for an item to fill the request. Reasons are assigned to the library whose staff marked it Unfilled if done manually and to the lending library if the CLS system did it automatically. If the lending library cannot be determined, the reason is assigned to ??. |
